Fang Xiang explained, "I saw statues of the three beasts fighting with the old master in that dangerous place."    

"The place where you found the beast egg?"    

Jiang Fann paused for a moment, then suddenly realized something. Fang Xiang seemed to have the same thought.    

"Could it be because of that beast egg?"    

The two didn't stick around to watch the commotion. Instead, they flew toward the fiery valley. By now, all the Zhu family cultivators in the valley were ready to face the enemy. More and more were flying out, and Jiang Fann had already locked onto Zhu Ying's presence, heading straight for her place.    

Zhu Ying was just stepping out of her room, already dressed in battle gear, clearly ready to join the fight.    

Jiang Fann asked directly, "Where's the beast egg?"    

Zhu Ying frowned at them. "With outsiders attacking, you're still asking about that?"    

"The beasts outside came from the nearby dangerous area. There was a strange phenomenon this afternoon. Could it be related to the beast egg?"    

Zhu Ying quickly replied, "I don't know what you're talking about. This afternoon, the little creature inside the egg was about to hatch, so I completed the bonding process early. It should be born in the next few days. I need to help my family defend the valley, so don't try to stop me."    

Explosions echoed outside the Valley of Fire, as the two experts headed in different directions. Just like Jiang Fann had mentioned, the entire valley was surrounded by demonic beasts, which were both powerful and numerous.    

Fang Xiang cautioned Zhu Ying, "With your current abilities, you won't be much help."    

Jiang Fann spoke up, "Do you trust me? I'll lead us through one direction, and then you can summon that beast egg. Let's see how the beasts react. They usually stay in their lairs and shouldn't be out for long. If we can lure them away, they'll eventually have to return."    

Zhu Ying trusted Jiang Fann completely, especially since he had just helped her out of a tight spot. Seeing the serious expressions on both his and Fang Xiang's faces, it was clear they weren't joking.    

"Which way do we go?" she asked.    

Jiang Fann didn't waste any time and picked a direction at random, leading the two of them swiftly onward. He wasn't sure what kind of beasts they might encounter, but he had no intention of fighting them—just breaking through. With his current skills, it wasn't a difficult task.    

As they moved, the roars of beasts echoed around them. Two demonic beasts at the peak of the Mortal Separating Stage blocked their path, clearly intent on preventing anyone from leaving the valley.    

Feeling the oppressive atmosphere, Zhu Ying and Fang Xiang were uneasy, but Jiang Fann kept moving forward, showing no intention of stopping. Clearly, he wasn't intimidated by the three demonic beasts.    

"I'll engage them head-on. You two seize the chance to leave right away. Don't worry about me; I can handle myself. Once you're at a safe distance, summon that egg. I'll catch up with you as soon as I can."    

With that, he unleashed his energy and charged toward the beasts. A series of fiery explosions erupted as fireballs rained down on them, the blasts echoing one after another.    

Jiang Fann showed no sign of holding back, using his power to keep the beasts at bay. Meanwhile, Fang Xiang quietly waited, ready to find an opening to escape with Zhu Ying.    

Watching Jiang Fann handle the three beasts with such ease, Zhu Ying was amazed. "Was he hiding his true strength all along? How can someone at the Dao Understanding Stage be this powerful?"    

Fang Xiang wasn't sure how to explain it to her. He had known about Jiang Fann's capabilities for a while, ever since he stood out during the trials at the academy. Jiang Fann had been exceptional, breaking records and accomplishing feats that were hard to believe even now.    

As the three demonic beasts were suppressed by Jiang Fann, a gap quickly appeared. Fang Xiang seized the opportunity to break through with Zhu Ying. With Jiang Fann's help, they swiftly made their way past the beasts and kept moving without waiting for him.    

After flying for several miles, they finally stopped. Zhu Ying summoned the mystical egg, which now emitted a much stronger and more vibrant aura than it had during the day. The energy was so lively that Zhu Ying could even interact with it to some extent.    

Just then, Jiang Fann caught up from behind. His spiritual sense focused on the egg, but he didn't detect any extraordinary power. However, he soon sensed the three demonic beasts pursuing them, and in the distance, the roars of other beasts echoed, indicating more were gathering in their direction.    

Meanwhile, the pressure on the Zhu family cultivators suddenly eased. Some of the beasts stopped attacking them and quickly moved in one direction. Zhu Rong was already working to suppress the three beasts, but after they jointly repelled him, they too headed swiftly in the same direction, clearly not intending to continue the fight.    

On the other side, Zhu Ying had already figured out the beasts' target, confirming what Jiang Fann and Fang Xiang had suspected all along.    

Jiang Fann glanced back and then reminded the others, "We need to move further away; this distance isn't enough."    

This time, Zhu Ying didn't argue and followed Jiang Fann closely. She wasn't keen on being left behind to face the demonic beasts alone. She hadn't advanced beyond the Dao Understanding Stage yet, and encountering those high-level beasts would be extremely dangerous.    

"Keep the beast egg visible," Fang Xiang instructed, holding the egg tightly as he led the way.    

While they hurried on, Fang Xiang explained to Zhu Ying, "I brought this beast egg back from a dangerous place, never expecting it would attract so many demonic beasts. If we make it back to Fire Valley, you’ve got to put in a good word for me."    

Zhu Ying didn't respond, her mind occupied with worry.    

"Will bringing this beast back to the valley cause another siege?" she wondered aloud.    

Jiang Fann replied, "We can't be sure yet. These beasts are definitely here for the egg. Once it hatches, they might not be able to sense its location anymore."    

Jiang Fann had encountered situations like this before. Many innate objects possess immense power, but once they come into the world, they gain their own strength and can hide their presence, making it difficult for others to find them.    

They traveled for most of the day. Jiang Fann occasionally went back to check the situation and found that the number of pursuing beasts had decreased significantly. Only a few high-level ones remained, clearly unwilling to let them escape easily.    

On the road, Fang Xiang suddenly spoke up. "Let's put the demon eggs back into the space and see how they react. We're far enough from the Molten Valley now; they shouldn't linger there."    

Zhu Ying nodded and did as Fang Xiang suggested.    

Meanwhile, back in Molten Valley, Zhu Rong gathered the clan members to check their injuries one by one. After searching around, he realized that even Zhu Yan, who had been in seclusion, had emerged, but Zhu Ying was nowhere to be found.    

Zhu Yan was also looking for her, his expression serious. "Has anyone seen my sister?"    

Zhu Rong frowned slightly, clearly worried about Zhu Ying's safety, as he couldn't pinpoint her location either.    

A clan member spoke up, "Zhu Yan, those two people you brought back are also missing. Someone saw them yesterday, and they seemed a bit scared before they found a chance to escape."    

Zhu Yan shook his head at this. "From what I know about them, they wouldn't be afraid. Maybe Zhu Ying is with them."    

He then turned to Zhu Rong. "Ancestor, I have Jiang's Spirit Attached Jade, which can confirm his location. I'll be back soon."    

Zhu Yan was clearly anxious and was about to leave when another clan member spoke up, "Zhu Yan, it's no secret that Zhu Ying can't leave Molten Valley. How could she have left with other cultivators?"    

Zhu Rong spoke up, "The issues with Zhu Ying have been resolved. From now on, she can venture out like the rest of our people. There's no problem with her leaving the village."    

Zhu Yan was overjoyed at this news. "My sister can leave the Fire Valley?"    

"That's right. Once her abilities stabilize, you can take her with you on your journeys. She might even become your best ally."    

Zhu Yan nodded and then took off into the sky, with the elder making no attempt to stop him.    

Using the Spirit Attached Jade from Jiang Fann, Zhu Yan had already pinpointed his location. With his skills, finding him wasn't difficult. Jiang Fann clearly intended this, showing no fear of being found by Zhu Yan.    

Meanwhile, Jiang Fann noticed that the demonic beasts he was pursuing suddenly turned away, changing direction and quickly disappearing into the dense forest, as if they had lost their target.    

Jiang Fann couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions. These beasts had dared to surround Fire Valley for that demonic egg, even willing to battle cultivators at the peak of their powers. Yet now, they left empty-handed, retreating in defeat.    

Soon after, Jiang Fann sensed someone reaching out through his Spirit Attached Jade. Realizing it was Zhu Yan, he signaled Fang Xiang and the others to stop, suggesting they meet up before proceeding further.    

Upon learning that the beasts had left, Zhu Ying breathed a sigh of relief, while Fang Xiang offered a reminder from the side.    

"Your brother will find us soon, so you'd better get that little creature out of the egg quickly. If those beasts could break out once, they can definitely do it again. If this little one is really troublesome, I can help you take care of it for a while. Or maybe you should just skip going back to the valley and come train with us instead. Wouldn't that be great?"    

As they were chatting, Jiang Fann suddenly appeared.    

"So, it was you who took the egg. No wonder all those beasts left," he said, approaching Zhu Ying. He checked the flow of her spiritual strength and, once assured there were no issues, felt much more at ease.    

Zhu Ying said to Jiang Fann, "If it weren't for you guys, our valley would have suffered a huge loss. When I get back, I'll definitely put in a good word for you with the elders. But I really can't join you for training this time. I need the valley's support to stabilize my skills and improve quickly. If there's a chance to work together in the future, I'll give it my all."
