To Peter, these Heavenly God Realm upstarts were as insignificant as ants. A mere flick of his finger could end them instantly. Under normal circumstances, Jin Xiao and his cohort would be dead for their insolence. But Peter had other priorities—maintaining a low profile while waiting for Mo Fan to uncover the secrets of the Heavenly Dao in the Canglan Universe. He preferred not to escalate the situation unnecessarily.    

However, if they persisted in their folly, they had only themselves to blame.    

"Very well!" Zhao Mang fumed, his laughter tinged with rage upon realizing Peter's utter disregard for him. "You're the first to ever dismiss me so blatantly in the outer sect of the Canglan Universe."    

"Five breaths left," Peter stated, unfazed by Zhao Mang's outburst, his eyes remaining shut.    

"You've got nerve, kid. Today, you'll learn what happens when you cross Zhao Mang of the Canglan Saint Sect's outer sect," Zhao Mang seethed, his body radiating a palpable coldness. "Go, break his limbs!"    

At his command, two henchmen charged at Peter with lethal intent.    

"Scram!" Peter commanded, not moving an inch from his seated position.    

In the next moment, the two Canglan Saint Sect disciples felt as if they'd been struck by an immense force. They shook violently, blood spurting from their mouths, and were hurled from the room like kites without strings.    

Zhao Mang and Jin Xiao's faces registered shock. The two assailants were elders in the outer sect of the Canglan Saint Sect. Though not the most gifted, they had been with the sect for years and had attained the Third and Fourth Order of the Heavenly God Realm, respectively.    

Now, this individual managed to severely injure both of them with the sheer force of a single shout. In the outer sect of the Navy Tide Saint Sect, not even a Fifth Order Heavenly God Realm disciple could accomplish such a feat. This meant that the young man before him was likely at least a Sixth Order Heavenly God Realm.    

Zhao Mang fixed his gaze on Peter Parker and admitted, "Kid, I've underestimated you. I didn't expect you to be this powerful."    

In the Canglan Saint Sect, breaking through to the World God Realm meant an automatic promotion to inner sect disciple status. Therefore, in the Navy Tide Sacred Clan's outer sect, the most formidable were Zhao Mang and two other Quasi-World God disciples. Aside from them, a Sixth Order Heavenly God was considered among the elite.    

It was beyond their wildest imaginations that Peter Parker, a newcomer to the Navy Tide Sacred Sect, possessed the might of a Sixth Order Heavenly God Realm! "This kid's strength is unbelievable!" Jin Xiao was inwardly stunned, yet he felt a sense of relief. He had wisely refrained from a direct confrontation, opting instead to enlist Zhao Mang, a Quasi-World God disciple from the outer sect. Otherwise, he feared he might have met a grisly end at Peter Parker's hands.    

"The time has come. Since you refuse to leave, allow me to extend a personal invitation." Peter Parker's voice was cool and detached as he raised his hand with a casual wave.

Before Zhao Mang could even process what was happening, an unseen force struck him, propelling him out of the room.    

"Puchi!"    

Struggling to regain his composure, Zhao Mang spat out a mouthful of blood. He looked back at the room, terror etched on his face. He had never anticipated that the newcomer would wield such terrifying power. Even with his Quasi-God strength, he was defenseless against the simple slap that sent him flying.    

Only a true World God could exhibit such prowess. Could it be that the individual inside was a prodigy whose cultivation had ascended to the World God Realm? Yet, a genius of that caliber should be more than qualified for the inner court. How could such a person end up as an outer court disciple of the Canglan Sacred Clan?

Zhao Mang's eyes gleamed with indecision before he decisively ushered his companions away from Peter Parker's dwelling.    

"This is becoming a nuisance. It appears that maintaining my cover within the Canglan Sacred Sect is no longer feasible. I'm curious if Mo Fan has managed to uncover anything of note."    

Peter Parker opened his eyes, casting a glance in the direction Zhao Mang and the rest had departed, and murmured to himself in a subdued tone.    

It was as if Mo Fan had sensed Peter Parker's silent summons.    

Shortly after Zhao Mang and his group had left, Mo Fan, absent for the past two weeks, materialized before Peter Parker.    

"Brother Peter Parker, what's transpired? Did Jin Xiao provoke someone to come after you?"    

Mo Fan's countenance grew somber upon noticing signs of conflict in Peter Parker's quarters.    

"It's a minor issue, nothing to worry about," Peter Parker dismissed with a wave of his hand before inquiring, "Did you come across anything during your search today?"    

Mo Fan nodded, "I've been poring over the ancient tomes of the Canglan Sacred Sect. Indeed, I stumbled upon some passages regarding the Heavenly Dao of the Canglan Universe."    

"Really?"    

Peter Parker's interest was piqued. "Do share."    

"From the annals of the Canglan Saint Sect, there was a time before the sect's ascendancy over the Canglan Universe. A formidable entity within the Canglan Universe once endeavored to dominate its Heavenly Dao. The conflict that ensued led to severe casualties on both sides, including those from the Navy Tide Universe's Heavenly Dao."    

"Subsequently, the Canglan Saint Sect's progenitor, Old Ancestor Canglan, serendipitously encountered the Heavenly Dao of the Canglan Universe. They struck an accord, which led to the founding of the Canglan Saint Sect."    

"Once established, the Canglan Saint Sect quickly rose to prominence as the preeminent power within the Canglan Universe."    

Mo Fan held nothing back, sharing every detail he had unearthed.    

Peter Parker's gaze sharpened. Given that the founder of the Canglan Sacred Sect had encountered the Heavenly Dao of the Canglan Universe, it was highly probable that the sect knew the current location of the Heavenly Dao of the Canglan Universe. Taking a deep breath, Peter lifted his head to look at Mo Fan and asked, "Is there any other news?"    

"Yes," Mo Fan replied with a tone of astonishment. "Since the inception of the Canglan Sacred Sect, they have been the only ones to have an immortal ascend to the Immortal World after breaking through to the Dominator Realm. Interestingly, it appears that upon their breakthrough, they all left the Navy Tide Sacred Clan and journeyed to an undisclosed location. There are no records of where that might be."
