The unexpected intervention caused a shiver to run through Xue Yuntian and Li Tianqiong. The owner of the voice wielded a power that far surpassed theirs, undoubtedly an elder at the pinnacle of the Mahayana Realm.    

Neither Xue Yuntian nor Li Tianqiong dared to challenge such a formidable presence.    

"Xue Yuntian, the Nine Li Immortal Sect has not finished with the Danilo Lujan Sect. Our reckoning will come after the Immortal Sect Conference concludes."    

With the warning from the venerable peak master of the Primordius Sword Sect, Li Tianqiong had no intention of risking their wrath by continuing his feud with Xue Yuntian. With a contemptuous snort, he marched into the City Lord's Mansion, his three companions in tow.    

"We should proceed as well."    

Taking a deep breath to steady himself, Xue Yuntian quickly made his way into the City Lord's Mansion, under the watchful eyes of the gathered crowd.    

Given that the Danilo Lujan Cult was ranked among the top ten immortal sects in the Immortal Breaking Universe, Peter Parker and his group received a warm welcome from the Primordius Sword Sect upon their arrival at the City Lord's Mansion in Primordius Sacred City.    

Under the guidance of the Primordius Sword Sect, Peter Parker and his companions were accommodated in a secluded courtyard within the City Lord's Mansion.    

"The Immortal Gate Conference will commence in three days," said a disciple of the Chaos Origin Sword Sect courteously to Peter Parker and his two colleagues. "This courtyard has been arranged by our sect for your stay. Unless you have further needs, I shall take my leave."    

With a respectful nod, the disciple departed, leaving the trio in privacy.    

Blood Cloud Sky turned to Peter Parker and the others, suggesting, "To sidestep any potential issues, let's seclude ourselves here for the next three days. Use this time to rest and gear up for the conference."    

Peter Parker, intrigued, inquired, "Could you tell me more about this Immortal Sect Conference?"    

"The Immortal Sect Conference is a centennial gathering in the Immortal Breaking Universe, serving as a pivotal moment for realigning the power hierarchy among the major factions," Xue Yuntian elaborated with a calm demeanor. "For instance, the ten great immortal sects must prove their might to maintain their standing. Meanwhile, the formidable entities beneath them vie for the artifacts held by these elite sects. Essentially, the more power a group demonstrates at the conference, the greater their influence and access to resources."    

"So, the conference essentially ranks the premier forces within the Immortal Breaking Universe?" Peter Parker mused, his gaze contemplative. "What criteria determine this ranking?"    

"The conference unfolds in two phases," Blood Cloud Sky explained openly, detailing the rules to Peter Parker. "Initially, the Primordius Sword Sect unveils the Immortal Illusion Dimension, a mystical realm where the young prodigies from various powers compete for their standings."    

He continued, "The subsequent phase pits the seasoned experts against each other. For example, should the youthful talents from outside the top ten sects secure a place within the top twenty, they earn the right to join the ranks of the elite ten."    

A sect could ascend to the ranks of the top ten in the Immortal Breaking Universe by sending forth a cultivator from the Great Celestial Realm capable of defeating any cultivator from the elite sects. The same rules applied to the ranking competition among the other forces outside of the top ten immortal sects.    

Having heard Xue Yuntian's explanation, Peter Parker gained a basic grasp of the Immortal Sect Conference. Essentially, to preserve his status among the top ten Immortal Sects, Danilo Lujan needed to secure a spot within the top twenty during the first stage, which seemed quite manageable. Danilo Lujan's standing among the top ten Immortal Sects was already quite solid, so it was unlikely that many significant powers would opt to challenge him during the second round of peak cultivator confrontations.

Beyond the ten great immortal sects, those residing in the City Lord's Mansion were undoubtedly among the universe's most powerful entities.    

The gathering of such formidable powers here suggests that the assembly of experts is nothing short of formidable. "The Immortal Breaking Universe's might is somewhat greater than I had anticipated," Peter Parker mused softly to himself after withdrawing his divine sense.

Clearly, the actual number of Great Vehicle cultivators and geniuses within the Immortal Breaking Universe far surpassed what was visible on the surface. Peter Parker even harbored suspicions that among the top three immortal sects, led by the Primordius Sword Sect, there could be geniuses from the Mahayana Realm.    

Despite these revelations, Peter Parker didn't dwell on them. After all, with his capabilities, it would be effortless for Danilo Lujan to secure a spot among the top ten Immortal Sects in the initial round.
