World's Strongest Martial Warrior

C2482 CHAPTER2482

0After discussing their collaboration, Peter Parker once again took up residence in Xu Fei's courtyard. He summoned Blood Thousand Kills to his side.

"Thousand Kills, I'll be joining Green Essence Commerce on a venture in a few days. Use this time to train with them and aim to ascend to the rank of a Quasi-Great Vehicle cultivator as quickly as possible."

Xue Qiansha responded with due respect, "Yes."

Peter extended his hand, and a sword talisman materialized in his grasp. "I'm entrusting you with this talisman, linked to the Bloodless Sword, for safekeeping. It will allow you to oversee the Danilo Lujan Sect effectively. But until I return, please refrain from any impulsive actions."

"Rest assured, Master. I understand," Xue Qiansha assured him with a nod.

After imparting the talisman and some final guidance to Xue Qiansha, Peter retired to his quarters to meditate and await news from Liu Qingyi.

Days of intense cultivation significantly bolstered Peter's strength. Yet, he noticed the once fist-sized immortal crystal fragment within him had dwindled to the size of a thumb.

"The energy of the immortal crystal is nearly spent. I'm hopeful that I'll come across additional fragments on my journey to the Tian Yu Daoist ruins," Peter mused, feeling the diminished shard in his dantian.

He recalled the immortal tablet's prophecy from when he first acquired the crystal fragment: complete absorption might not propel him beyond the Martial Dominator Realm, but it would certainly take him to its pinnacle.

Now, having recently advanced to the Sovereign Realm, the fragment's energy was nearly exhausted. Given the current circumstances, even another fragment of similar magnitude might not suffice to elevate him to the zenith of the Martial Dao Ruler Realm.

"An average cultivator would likely ascend to the peak of the Ruler or even the Mahayana Realm after absorbing such a shard. But you, with your extraordinary constitution, defy all conventional benchmarks," he reminded himself.

Your ability to require more energy than others during each breakthrough is precisely why you are unbeatable at your current cultivation level and can even surpass it in battle.

Otherwise, how could you, a Martial Dao Ruler, have defeated a cultivator at the peak of the initial stage of the Mahayana Realm like Li Heaven Abyss?

It seemed as though the Immortal Monument could read Peter Parker's thoughts, as its voice echoed in his mind.

Peter Parker fell silent upon hearing this. He understood that with every gain comes a sacrifice. To achieve greater power, he would have to pay a higher price.

"Peter, the chairman invites you in."

Xu Fei's voice came from outside just then.

"We're finally leaving."

Peter Parker's eyes sparkled at the sound of Xu Fei's voice, and he murmured to himself.

He quickly left the room and followed Xu Fei to Liu Qingyi's hall.

Inside the spacious hall, four people were already gathered.

In addition to Liu Qingyi and Wu Sheng, there was a cultivator at the Quasi-Monarch Stage and a green-clothed man who exuded confidence.

"Peter, you've arrived," Liu Qingyi said with a smile upon seeing him. "Allow me to introduce you. These two are Qing Li, the Heaven Chosen One of the Green Essence Sect who has transcended tribulation, and Elder Zhang Yuan, the President of the Green Essence Sect. They will be joining us on our journey to the remains of Daoist Tian Yu."

Peter Parker nodded and inquired, "Is it just us?"

"Indeed. The keys we have can only admit ten people to the remains. The Black Cloud Merchant Guild has claimed five of those spots, so including you, our group totals five," Liu Qingyi clarified.

At that moment, Qing Li, the impatient prodigy of the Green Origin Sect, interjected, "Guild Leader Liu, enough talk. Let's get ready to depart."

"Very well, Young Master Qing Li," Liu Qingyi replied with a smile, then turned to Peter Parker. "Peter, if you're all set, we'll begin our preparations to leave."

"Okay!"

Peter Parker kept his thoughts to himself, though a frown crept across his face unnoticed. Qing Li was a celebrated prodigy of the Green Yuan Sect, having endured tribulation, and his status clearly surpassed that of Liu Qingyi, the president of the Green Yuan Chamber of Commerce. The prospect of Qing Li taking charge was less than ideal.

Nevertheless, the Qing Yuan Chamber of Commerce was spearheading the expedition to uncover the relics of Sky Feather Daoist, so Peter's input was limited. All that mattered was Liu Qingyi honoring her word and granting him the privilege of first pick. Should the Green Yuan Chamber of Commerce renege on their promise, he wouldn't hesitate to assert himself.

Upon leaving the hall, Liu Qingyi gestured gracefully, and a colossal green flying boat, spanning a thousand feet, materialized out of thin air.

"Let's go," she said, guiding Peter Parker onto the flying vessel.

No sooner had they boarded than the boat transformed into a streak of green light, bolting toward the northern horizon with the speed of a shooting star. In an instant, they arrived outside the northern gate of Qing Yuan State City.

There, a massive black eagle, its wingspan also over a thousand feet, awaited them. Five imposing figures stood atop the eagle, exuding confidence.

Peter Parker's gaze narrowed as he scrutinized the group. Without a doubt, these were the delegates chosen by the Black Cloud Merchant Guild to delve into Daoist Tian Yu's legacy. Among the five, three were elders with cultivation levels that had attained the Quasi-Mahayana Realm. The remaining two were younger men; one seemed to be a peer of Qing Li from the Green Essence Sect, likely another Heaven's Pride who had faced tribulation.

The final young man was an enigma, his presence shrouded by what appeared to be a powerful artifact that concealed his true cultivation level. Despite Peter's keen perception, the man's abilities remained obscured. Yet, Peter had an inkling that this individual posed the greatest challenge among the Black Cloud Merchant Guild's representatives.

"Liu Qingyi, your Green Yuan Merchant Guild has finally decided to show up. We've been waiting for quite some time," the robust middle-aged man leading the black eagle called out to Liu Qingyi with a hint of impatience as Peter Parker assessed the group.

"Mo Hu, why the rush? We've already agreed to your request, and we have no intention of reneging on our word," Liu Qingyi said calmly. "Gather your people and follow us. But if you lose track of them, that's on you."

"Liu Qingyi, just focus on leading the way. The affairs of my Black Cloud Merchant Guild are none of your concern!" Mo Hu retorted with a cold snort.

Without another word, Liu Qingyi took the helm of the flying boat and rapidly soared toward the northern horizon.
