Peter Parker narrowed his eyes.    

The stone Liu Qingyi had given him showed no response whatsoever.    

In other words, the figure that had appeared in the mountain range ahead of them was likely not one of their own, but someone from Black Cloud Commerce.    

Without hesitation, Peter's body flickered as he dashed toward the mountain range.    

Shortly thereafter, he perched atop an ancient tree blanketed in ice and snow, his gaze fixed on the source of the energy wave.    

Miles away, a colossal black-scaled crocodile, a thousand feet in length, loomed. Its body resembled black steel, and its eyes glowed like crimson lanterns, enveloped by swirls of black frost energy.    

The ground's ice and snow corroded wherever this black frost energy traveled, leaving plumes of thick black smoke in its wake.    

Trailing the Black-scaled Giant Alligator were two figures, a man and a woman, in hot pursuit.    

"Oh?"    

Observing the young duo behind the Black-Scaled Croc, Peter Parker's eyes involuntarily narrowed.    

He had assumed the newcomers would be among the five from the Black Cloud Merchant Guild, but instead, he was looking at a pair of unfamiliar young adults.    

Moreover, these two were far from weak; they were both prodigies who had attained the Tribulation Passing stage.    

The Black Scaled Giant Alligator, at the pinnacle of the Tribulation Stage, found itself defenseless against the relentless assault from the young man and woman.    

Had it not been for the Alligator's constitution, far more robust than that of an ordinary Demonic Beast at the same stage, it would have fallen to their swords long ago.    

"Who... are these two?" Peter Parker mused, a look of surprise crossing his face.    

This was the resting place of Daoist Tian Yu, where no ordinary individual could trespass. Could this pair be linked to Daoist Tian Yu's legacy?    

If they hadn't inherited Daoist Tian Yu's mantle and had entered from the outside like him, it meant there was more than one key to unlock these ancient ruins.    

In the Immortal Breaking Universe, other factions had managed to secure a key to the Sky Feather Daoist's ruins and had made their way inside. It seemed inevitable that this expedition would be fraught with even more challenges.    

Peter Parker, still reeling from the shock, watched as the black-scaled alligator, having devoured the sword of the young man opposite it, used the momentum to surge toward him. Peter had no plans to conceal himself. Stepping out from the shadow of an ancient tree, he casually swatted the oncoming alligator with an open palm.    

"Bang!"    

The force of his palm sent the Black-Scaled Croc tumbling backward, careening through the air like a kite severed from its string before crashing to the ground a thousand feet away.    

The young man and woman who had been in pursuit stood dumbfounded as the Black-Scaled Giant Alligator landed at their feet, taking a moment to regain their composure. Then, sensing something, they instinctively turned their gaze toward Peter Parker.    

"Who... who are you?" the young man asked, his eyes narrowing with caution upon seeing Peter suddenly appear.    

He was acutely aware of the Black-Scaled Croc's formidable strength, and even though they had severely wounded it, this enigmatic newcomer had dispatched it with a single blow. It was apparent that the young man's own prowess might be matched by Peter's.    

The thought had never crossed his mind that there could be others, besides his sect members, within the Sky Feather Daoist's ruins. These ruins, left by the Daoist Tian Yu, were said to be impenetrable even to cultivators of the Mahayana Realm. His sect had been fortunate to obtain a key, unlocking the entrance to this mysterious place.    

Could it be that this young man before them had been dwelling within the Daoist Tian Yu's remains all along?    

Peter Parker, observing the young man and woman, allowed himself a slight smile. "Actually, I'm curious about who you are and what brings you to these ruins," he said.    

"Senior Brother, there's no need for talk. Let's just finish him off!"    

The girl in green spoke in a frosty tone as she swiftly executed a sword technique. With precision, she directed a verdant blade of Qi that sliced through the expanse of sky and earth, hurtling towards Peter Parker.    

"You're just a little girl who's not yet fully mature; temper that murderous intent. You don't possess the strength to take my life," Peter Parker chided.    

With a casual flick of his finger, the emerald sword Qi that had cleaved through the heavens disintegrated into nothingness mid-flight.    

Simultaneously, an unseen sword Qi struck the girl in green, sending her reeling back over a thousand feet in a pitiful arc. Blood sprayed from her lips uncontrollably.    

Her face ashen, she raised her head to gaze at the enigmatic young man before her, her eyes betraying a mix of disbelief and shock.    

She was no ordinary individual; as a revered prodigy who had overcome tribulation, her innate abilities were among the elite in the vast Immortal Breaking Universe.    

Yet, this mysterious youth had bested her with a mere flick of his finger, a feat so extraordinary that such prodigies were few and far between in the Immortal Breaking Universe.    

"Junior sister!" The young man's face contorted with concern upon witnessing the scene. In an instant, he was at the side of the woman in green.    

With a gesture, he summoned a small green wooden sword into his hand.    

"Bang!"    

At his command, the wooden sword expanded into a colossal green divine tree in the sky, surging with celestial force as it bore down on Peter Parker.    

The young man was acutely aware of the green-clad girl's prowess.    

Although he was marginally stronger than she was, defeating her in a single blow would have been a challenge.    

Therefore, the strength of the enigmatic youth, who had effortlessly vanquished the lady in green, was undoubtedly superior to his own.    

This realization spurred him to unleash his most potent technique without a second thought.

Peter Parker observed the towering green divine tree with a hint of surprise.    

He recalled a time in the Northern Divine Region when he had faced off against a Grand Unity Immortal Sect Tribulation Transcender. The powers and methods employed by that adversary bore a striking resemblance to those of the young man before him.
