The might of the Desolate Ancient Devil Palace was clearly superior to that of the Northern Chill Immortal Domain.    

He had assumed that containing the Northern Chill Immortal King would make it a breeze for his forces to conquer the domain.

With a chilling gaze, Cang Ya transformed into a streak of demonic light, vanishing into the depths of the Forbidden Demonic Abyss.    

The Northern Chill Immortal King watched Cang Ya's retreat without interference.    

Cang Ya's power was immense; their battles had always ended in a stalemate. Even if he wished to detain the Demon King, it was beyond his capabilities.

He respectfully bowed to the Northern Chill Immortal King. "Immortal King, when will Catherine emerge from her seclusion?"    

"I'm not sure myself," the Immortal King replied, shaking his head. "By all accounts, Catherine Waters should have left the Northern Chill Immortal Pond by now. Yet, it appears she's undergone an unexpected transformation and entered an unusual state. I'm uncertain when she'll awaken."    

Peter Parker's brow furrowed with concern. "Is there any danger to her?"    

The Northern Chill Immortal King responded with a dismissive wave. "Rest assured, this experience will only benefit her, without any harm. Upon awakening, she will have undergone a profound transformation and will possess power beyond imagination."    

"And what of Gu Fenger? Is her situation similar to Catherine Waters's?"    

Upon hearing this, Peter couldn't resist inquiring about Gu Fenger, who had accompanied Catherine Waters to the Northern Chill Immortal Palace.    

"Hasn't the Northern Chill Spring informed you? That young lady is no longer within the walls of the Northern Chill Immortal Palace," the Immortal King replied, a hint of surprise in his voice. "Her origins are quite remarkable. Shortly after her arrival here, an expert from the Heavenly Phoenix Clan, of the Immortal King Realm, descended and whisked her away."    

Peter Parker was taken aback. "The Heavenly Phoenix Clan?"    

The Northern Chill Immortal King elaborated, "The Heavenly Phoenix Clan is among the elite forces within the Myriad Beast Heavenly Domain, which is one of the four grand Heavenly Domains of the Immortal World. Their might is beyond comprehension. I had no power to prevent them from claiming Gu Fenger."    

Gu Fenger's abilities were on par with those of Catherine Waters. Had the Heavenly Phoenix Clan not been such a formidable and distant power, the Northern Chill Immortal King would never have permitted them to take Gu Fenger.    

A glint of realization shone in Peter Parker's eyes. The involvement of the Heavenly Phoenix Clan likely tied back to Gu Fenger's lineage and unique constitution. It appeared that Gu Fenger's origins weren't from the lower realm universe. There was a strong possibility that she was the reincarnation of a prominent figure from the Heavenly Phoenix Clan in the Immortal World.    

Nevertheless, given the Celestial Phoenix Clan's vested interest in Gu Fenger, she must hold significant importance to them. With the protection of the Heavenly Phoenix Clan, Gu Fenger would surely face no peril in the Immortal World.    

Peter Parker shook his head, dismissing thoughts of Gu Feng-er from his mind.    

He gazed up at the Northern Chill Immortal King and inquired, "Immortal King, could you now share information about the Heavenly Emperor Palace?"    

The Northern Chill Immortal King nodded affirmatively and began, "Some time ago, I ventured into the Purple Flame Heaven Domain and stumbled upon an ancient ruin. All indications lead me to believe that it's likely a branch of the Ancient Heavenly Emperor Palace."    

At this revelation, Peter Parker felt a surge of excitement, "Immortal King, could you please disclose the location of this ancient ruin?"    

"Certainly, I have no qualms about sharing that with you," the Immortal King replied gravely. "However, you must understand that the branch palace of the Heavenly Emperor Palace is no ordinary place. When I discovered it, my cultivation had already attained the Chaos Realm, yet I found myself unable to gain entry. Even now, having ascended to the Immortal King Realm, I lack the confidence to penetrate its defenses."    

"I understand the gravity of the situation," Peter Parker acknowledged, his heart fluttering with anticipation.    

It appeared that the palace uncovered by the Northern Chill Immortal King was among the most prestigious, which explained the Immortal King's difficulty in accessing it.    

Nevertheless, Peter Parker was undeterred.    

Possessing the Heavenly Emperor Seal and recognized as a disciple of the Heavenly Emperor Palace, he essentially held a pass to enter any of its branch halls.    

With the location provided by the Northern Chill Immortal King, he could access the palace and seek out another fragment of the Heavenly Emperor's essence.    

The Northern Chill Immortal King extended a finger, transmitting the details of the palace directly into Peter Parker's consciousness. Following this, he inquired, "Peter Parker, do you intend to depart from the Northern Chill Immortal Domain?"    

"Yes, I have other pressing matters that require my attention, making it impractical for me to remain here any longer," Peter Parker confirmed.    

Previously, he had been compelled to play his hand and retreat to the ruins of the Profound Sky Palace, facing pressure from the clone of the Immortal Venerable of Chang Qing Palace.    

Years had passed, and the current state of the Longevity Immortal Domain remained a mystery to him.    

Since Catherine Waters was unable to emerge from her seclusion anytime soon, Peter Parker was reluctant to linger in the Northern Chill Immortal Domain. He reasoned that it wouldn't be too late to return and meet with Catherine Waters after he had resolved his affairs in the Immortal Domain.    

The Northern Chill Immortal King offered few words, stating with a detached air, "Rest assured, Catherine Waters is safe within the Northern Chill Immortal Palace. I will keep a vigilant eye on her and ensure she comes to no harm."    

"Thank you so much, Immortal King. Farewell!" Peter Parker expressed his gratitude with a traditional fist salute and vanished in an instant before the Northern Chill Immortal King.    

The Immortal King watched the spot where Peter had disappeared and murmured to himself, "This young man possesses remarkable talent. It's possible that by the time we meet again, he'll be just as formidable as I am, if not more so. He has already ascended to the Immortal King realm."    

A thought struck the Northern Chill Immortal King, leaving him with the impression that Peter Parker was destined to be a pivotal figure of his time, and that the future of the Immortal World might very well hinge on this individual.
