World's Strongest Martial Warrior

C2564 CHAPTER2564

C2564 CHAPTER2564

1Amid the vast expanse of the universe's star-filled sky, a colossal starship, ten thousand feet in length and bathed in a soft, blood-red luminescence, cut swiftly through the void. At the forefront of this majestic vessel stood three figures, exuding confidence and authority. Among them were Peter Parker and Xue Qiansha.

"When Master passed, I vowed to protect the Danilo Lujan Sect," Xue Yuntian reflected, gazing at the receding Immortal Breaking Universe. He murmured regretfully, "I never anticipated that I would falter in the end."

"Don't fret," Peter Parker reassured him with a calm demeanor. "I'm merely suggesting a strategic withdrawal. With the Immortal Breaking Universe and the Heavenly Star Universe on the brink of war, stepping back might actually benefit the Danilo Lujan Sect."

He continued, "The next time I enter the Immortal Breaking Universe, I assure you, I will elevate the Danilo Lujan Sect to unparalleled prominence."

Xue Yuntian's eyes sparkled with renewed hope upon hearing Peter's commitment. Peter Parker's prowess and aptitude were unmatched; his solo arrival in the Immortal Breaking Universe had already put its ten greatest immortal sects on high alert.

Moreover, Peter's status was nothing short of remarkable—he was a World Sovereign within the Divine Domain. With his support, it was conceivable for the Danilo Lujan Sect not only to reclaim its place in the Immortal Breaking Universe but to ascend as its preeminent immortal sect.

"In that case, I extend gratitude on behalf of Danilo Lujan," Xue Yuntian said with a solemn bow. "Should we achieve such a standing, the Immortal Breaking Universe will stand as a steadfast ally to the Divine Realm."

Peter Parker nodded in agreement. He had always championed the Danilo Lujan Sect's ambition. Once they secured the top position, they would wield ultimate authority within the Immortal Breaking Universe, and the strife between the God Domain and the Immortal Breaking Universe could be resolved once and for all.

He pondered, "I wonder how the God Domain is faring now."

Peter Parker lifted his gaze toward the God Domain, a curious expression flickering across his face. It had been over a decade since his departure from the Divine Realm. Given the state of affairs there, barring any unforeseen events, the Divine Realm should have flourished.

Yet, Peter's primary concern was the potential descent of the Immortal World's inhabitants upon the God Domain. The God Domain was, after all, the final resting place of the Longevity Immortal King. During his time there, two individuals from the Immortal World had already made the descent in search of the Longevity Immortal King's last known location. Should the Immortal World intrude upon the God Domain once more, it might not hold up under the pressure.

This very concern led Peter to resolve to return to the God Domain. If not for this, he could have easily taken Danilo Lujan and spent a few months traversing the cosmos. Following the clash between the Immortal Breaking Universe and the Heavenly Star Universe, they could have circled back to the Immortal Breaking Universe to confront its inhabitants.

In such a scenario, he and the Heavenly Star Universe would have executed a two-front assault. Even if they didn't manage to obliterate the Immortal Breaking Universe, Peter feared the damage to its foundational energy would be catastrophic.

"Let's hope nothing unexpected occurs," Peter murmured, inhaling deeply. Descending from the Immortal World to the lower realms was no small feat. Historically, the Immortal World had only dispatched two peak Tribulation Transcenders into the Immortal Breaking Universe.

Unless the Immortal World could mobilize a substantial force of Mahayana Realm cultivators, posing a significant threat to the God Domain would be a challenge.

The Immortal Breaking Universe lay a considerable distance from the God Domain. Typical starry sky warships required a three-year journey through the cosmos. However, the vessel carrying Peter and his companions was the crème de la crème of the Danilo Lujan Sect, boasting a velocity two to three times that of standard ships.

In other words, assuming their journey remained uneventful, they would reach the Divine Realm in roughly a year. On such a voyage, a year could pass in the blink of an eye.

Peter Parker and his companions enjoyed a smooth journey, encountering no difficulties along the way. Their starship was now on the cusp of reaching the Divine Realm.

Seated in meditation within the luxurious central chamber of the Interstellar Warship, Peter Parker slowly opened his eyes after a long period of stillness. Over the past year, he had dedicated himself to intense cultivation in seclusion aboard the ship.

Despite having advanced his cultivation base to the peak of the Sovereign realm within the Immortal Breaking Universe, Peter Parker sensed that he had yet to reach his full potential. His cultivation base continued to expand, albeit at a snail's pace.

Remarkably, within a single year, the Divine Power within him had surged significantly.

Peter Parker had the premonition that once his Divine Power could no longer be augmented, it would signify that he had reached its pinnacle. At that juncture, he might just be able to ascend to the fabled Immortal Realm and achieve immortality through the pursuit of the Dao.

"A year has passed. I suspect I'm now on the threshold of the Divine Realm," he murmured to himself, preparing to seek out Xue Qiansha for an update.

However, as he rose to his feet, he noticed the starship, which had been cruising swiftly, had come to an abrupt halt.

"Thousand Kills, what's going on?" Peter Parker asked, startled, as he sent a telepathic message to Thousand Kills.

"Master, we've encountered a battle ahead," came the prompt reply from Xue Qiansha in his mind.

A battle? Peter Parker was momentarily taken aback. They were so close to the Divine Realm; could a conflict have erupted in this vicinity?

With no time to waste, he teleported to the forefront of the ship, his keen gaze piercing the distance.

There, in the starry expanse hundreds of miles away, a colossal sky-blue Interstellar Warship hovered, its presence in the cosmos strikingly prominent.

"Why is there a battleship here?" Peter Parker wondered, his expression tinged with concern as he observed the unexpected vessel.

The vastness between universes was immeasurable. The nearest universe to this location was presumed to be the Divine Realm, a place not typically frequented by beings from other universes.

Given the capabilities of the Divine Realm, even with rapid advancements over the years, it seemed unlikely they could construct an Interstellar Warship of such opulence.

This left one to conclude that the Interstellar Warship before him had likely originated from a different universe altogether.

But from which universe did this individual hail? And what business did they have in the cosmic vicinity of the Divine Realm?

Amidst Peter Parker's growing concern, a sudden and violent clash of energies jolted him to full alertness.

Instinctively, Peter lifted his gaze.

Outside the blue star-studded battleship, a fierce battle had erupted. A shadowy figure, cloaked in a divine light of destruction and exuding an aura rivaling that of a Hegemon, was locked in combat with several experts aboard the Interstellar Warship.

When Peter Parker recognized the distinct aura emanating from the Divine Light of Destruction—an aura he knew all too well—his eyes widened in shock.

Wu Xing!

The source of this relentless destructive power was none other than Wu Xing himself!
