Since discovering that the Human Emperor of the Divine Realm had successfully invoked the Immortal Ascension Technique, venerable sects like the Limitless Immortal Sect and the Taiyi Immortal Sect, with their history of ascending immortals, had attempted the same, to no avail.    

Now they were faced with a Human Ruler from the Realm of the Gods, whose might rivaled the pinnacle of the Mahayana Realm and who wielded the Immortality Illumination Technique. It was a predicament indeed.    

"What are your thoughts on our next move, Sect Master Yuan?" inquired Zi Yunxiao, his expression fraught with concern. "Must we stand by as the Human Ruler of the Realm of the Gods lays waste to the Immortal Shattering Universe?"    

"Indeed. Our esteemed Shattering Immortal Universe once nearly obliterated its namesake. We cannot cower before a single Human Ruler from the Divine Realm."

The Ancient Sword Sovereign's gaze flickered with an icy gleam.

The Sky Feather Daoist was the last to achieve immortality through the Dao Seeking process in the Immortal Breaking Universe. If the Human Ruler had indeed explored Daoist Tian Yu's ruins, he might have genuinely transcended the limitations and seized the secret to immortality, enabling him to perform the immortalization technique.    

Yuan Wenjian's gaze sharpened. If this was true, confronting the Human Ruler, despite the risks, was imperative.    

"It's the absolute truth," affirmed the Ancient Sword Sovereign, recounting the events that transpired in the ruins of Daoist Tian Yu.    

The revelation stunned Yuan Wenjian and his companions. They had not anticipated that the Taiyi Immortal Sect would discover the location of Daoist Tian Yu's remains in secret. He explained, "Moments ago, intelligence from our Primordius Sword Sect spies in the Heavenly Star Universe arrived, indicating that they have amassed an army and are poised to invade the Immortal Breaking Universe!"    

The news that the Heavenly Star Universe was on the brink of invasion sent a shockwave through the room. This neighboring universe had long been the most formidable adversary of the Immortal Breaking Universe. Known for their advanced technological civilization, the Heavenly Star Universe might not boast formidable individual strength, but their technological prowess was enough to send shivers down one's spine.
