Observing this, a Ning Family disciple quickly turned to Ning Gaoyang and asked, "Senior Brother Ning, should we go after them?"    

A spark of intrigue flashed in Ning Gaoyang's eyes. "Yes, let's follow them." He was astonished that this seemingly unremarkable youth from the Luo Water Merchant Union possessed the formidable power to bend He Chenyi to his will. There, they faced off against an immensely powerful tree demon, whose might was at least on par with a Fourth Stage Heavenly Immortal. Had the tree demon harbored any intent to kill, they likely wouldn't have made it out of the ravine alive.

This realization dawned on Peter Parker, prompting him to look up at Gao Yuan. "You remember where that tree demon is, don't you? Lead us there."    

"Alright," Gao Yuan replied, guiding the group deeper into the canyon.    

Before long, they came upon an ancient tree of colossal stature, its height measured in thousands of feet, now within their view.    

The Towering Tree Yao's hefty branches swayed, emitting a sonorous whistle as a faint green aura enveloped the area for miles around. In that moment, the vegetation within several hundred miles radiated with this greenish glow, pulsating with a more vigorous life force.    

Yet for the humans who entered, it was as if they had been touched by acid. The same green mist that nourished the flora for hundreds of kilometers was a lethal toxin to other living beings.    

Stepping into the outer edge of the gas, Peter Parker and his companions could feel their flesh and blood corroding, their life force teetering on the edge of dissipation.    

"This tree demon truly is a formidable Heaven Immortal entity. Ordinary low-rank True Immortals wouldn't stand a chance; they'd simply decay into a pool of blood," Ning Gaoyang remarked, astounded.

"These must be the legendary Tree Fairy Fruits, formed from the concentrated essence of a tree demon's life force. Their applications are limitless," Luo Qing'er explained in a gentle tone.    

"When used for healing, the Tree Fairy Fruit is a miraculous remedy capable of bringing the dead back to life. For cultivation, it can elevate a Heavenly Immortal's power by an entire level!"    

"Moreover, only a tree demon of Heavenly Immortal rank or higher can produce such a fruit, and that only once every ten thousand years."    

Upon hearing this, a shiver of excitement ran through the group. The tree demon before them had produced four Tree Yao Essence Fruits, indicating it had existed in the Heavenly Immortal Realm for at least thirty to forty thousand years.    

But now that they had discovered this, Peter Parker and his group were not about to leave empty-handed.

Despite their combined efforts, the tree demon's power was beyond anything they had anticipated. Even with He Chenyi's leadership, they struggled to hold their own. Tragically, one of the Rank Seven True Immortal Realm youths from Long River Immortal City had already been drained into a withered husk by the tree demon.    

Peter Parker observed the formidable tree demon with a grave look in his eyes, understanding the gravity of the challenge they faced.
