The Zhou Family was an Emperor Level force, second only to the six major forces, despite lacking any martial artists in the late period of Emperor Level.    

The Zhou family, renowned for their mastery in beast control, boasted three Middle Stage Emperor Level guardians. Their ranks were bolstered by an indeterminate number of Emperor Level beasts. Each Zhou family member was adept at beast control, typically accompanied by a demonic beast matching their own level of cultivation. This gave them formidable combat strength, often fighting two against one, making them nearly unbeatable among their peers. Even the prodigies from the six great forces could struggle to match them, with only a select few top talents posing any real challenge. The Zhou family held little regard for their contemporaries or martial artists of the same level, though they showed some restraint within the territories of the six great forces. However, near Beast Origin City, their arrogance knew no bounds.    

Recently, the five great forces decreed that all Emperor Level forces must contribute half of their savings as a gift to celebrate the establishment of a new sect, a demand that included the Zhou family. Outraged and defiant, the Zhou family refused to comply. Their daily expenses, primarily for the upkeep and cultivation of their beasts, far exceeded those of other forces. The remaining resources were allocated to their own cultivation, the training of their successors, the cultivation of spiritual herbs, and the maintenance of Spell Formations. Surrendering nearly half of their savings would jeopardize the family's operations, leaving their beasts malnourished and stunted in growth, unable to advance despite being bound by slave contracts. Such a sacrifice would force austerity measures upon every level of their hierarchy.    

The Zhou family had never encountered such an imposition before and were not about to capitulate. They readied their reserves, determined to resist. To their surprise, the forces of the five great powers mobilized swiftly. The leadership of the Tianyuan Palace's five halls had already deliberated and assigned each force a territory to oversee. The Zhou family's domain fell under the jurisdiction of the Purple Tripod Hall.    

That day, within just a few hours, a small team arrived via a long-distance teleportation formation. In the teleportation hall of Beast Origin City, a dazzling white light flared. More than a dozen figures materialized at the site of the formation, drawing the gazes of many within the hall.    

In an instant, they were struck dumb, rooted to the spot, unable to move. This was due to the release of several Emperor Level auras that enveloped the entire hall. Each of the dozen figures was an Emperor Level Expert, and none held back their imposing aura.    

The leader, a middle-aged man in purple robes with a tall and sturdy build, exuded an astonishing presence, indicative of the late period of Emperor Level. His appearance sent shockwaves through everyone in the hall.    

Without delay, the purple-robed man led his team out of the teleportation hall, and as they left, the oppressive Emperor Level pressure faded away. The martial artists present finally regained their ability to move.    

"Isn't that man in purple the Fifth Elder of the Purple Cauldron Sect, Luo Tianlei? The rumors say that late period Emperor Level Experts of such renown could serve as Sect Masters of the six major powers. And they've come to Beast Origin City?"
